Agreement and authority
By purchasing or using Nuzix services, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the business receiving the services.
Description of services
Nuzix provides practical communication, website, and automation systems configured around selected business needs.
Setup and cooperation
The customer must provide accurate business information, access, approvals, and content needed to configure the service.
Third-party services and approvals
Some features depend on phone carriers, messaging providers, domains, calendars, payment tools, or other third parties. Approval timing and availability may be controlled by those providers.
Billing and renewal
Services renew monthly unless canceled before the next renewal. Setup fees are charged as shown before payment.
Month-to-month cancellation
Services are month-to-month. Customers may cancel at any time before the next renewal through the customer portal when available or by contacting Nuzix. After cancellation, service continues through the end of the billing period already paid for. The customer is not charged again after cancellation takes effect. No prorated refunds are promised for unused days in a paid billing period.
Setup fees
Setup fees become nonrefundable once configuration work has begun.
Standard usage
Plans are designed around normal small-business usage. If the business consistently needs more, Nuzix will contact the business before changing the service or price. There are no surprise overage charges.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for lawful messaging consent, accurate business information, approved content, and appropriate use of the services.
No guarantees
Nuzix does not guarantee revenue, appointments, reviews, uninterrupted performance, or a specific business result.
Changes, suspension, and contact
Services may change over time. Nuzix may suspend service for nonpayment, abuse, or unlawful use. Questions can be sent to hello@nuzixai.com.
